The elders and leaders of futuwwah can be found in various regions and cultures, although their extensive list is beyond the scope of this discussion. Muslims worldwide have successfully established a virtuous society spanning from India to Persia, Arabia, Africa, Anatolia, and the Balkans by instilling the values of futuwwah in the hearts of young individuals. They have also produced abundant literature on futuwwah, primarily in Arabic, Persian, Turkish, and other languages used by Muslims. Unfortunately, this rich literature and its noble tradition have largely been disregarded in the modern Muslim world. This brief book aims to shed light on this forgotten tradition and ultimately revive it.

The ancient pedagogy of futuwwah, which has been passed down through centuries since the time of Prophet Muhammad, emphasizes that morality is not merely knowing what is right, but rather, embodying it. In other words, a person's moral character and nobility are not solely based on knowledge, but on the practice of what is right. This is the essence of futuwwah, which prioritizes action over theory.

Now is the time to rekindle the spirit of futuwwah, which has come under attack and has gradually faded away in recent times.
